By entering Smittox Brewing's premises, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured by Smittox Brewing, its representatives, or authorized third parties.

By entering the property, you grant Smittox Brewing permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other business purposes.

 

These materials may be used in any format, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms

• The Smittox Brewing website

• Digital advertisements

• Printed marketing materials

• Press releases and media publications

You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of such photographs, videos, or recordings and waive any right to inspect or approve their use.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of the Smittox Brewing staff upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, Smittox Brewing cannot guarantee that incidental inclusion in public or crowd photographs or recordings will be avoided.
