    ALL BEER MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE BREWERY.

    If you cannot pick up your order in person, you must designate a proxy to pick the order up. Proxy must be 21 or over and must be designated during the ordering process. A photo ID is required for all pick ups and when presenting membership card at brewery for discounts.
     
    Under no circumstances will be beer be shipped. Beers will be held for 14 days. After 14 days, you will forfeit your bottles/cans that are not picked up. These unclaimed beers will be available to members to purchase on a first come/first serve basis.
     
    ***Please do not apply for membership if you cannot pick up beers in person or by proxy.***
     
    Must be 21 and over to purchase membership.
    Memberships are for a single person and not to be shared.Any member found sharing membership benefits may have their membership revoked and forfeit their membership fee. Multiple memberships are not allowed.
     
    Memberships are non transferable.
     
    Your payment is your acknowledgment that you agree to these terms.
     

    Membership Beers

     
    Our members will receive an allotment of 6 bottles of beers during the course of the year. The beers will be either a sour, stout, barley wine or barrel aged beer. All barrel aged beers will be named later due to the timing of the release. All bottles will be 500ml unless specified.
    Members will have the opportunity to purchase additional members only beer depending upon yield. Any additional beers not purchased will be made available to the public. Members will be notified via email and Facebook private group of release dates. Please make sure we have your email address and you have a Facebook account.
    There will also be exclusive crowler fills for members of beers not available to the public.
     
    Online Ordering Membership Beers
     
    Members will have access to order their beers online for in person pick up from our physical location. You can designate a proxy (must be 21 or over) to pick up your beer during the ordering process. An email will be sent once orders are available for pick up.
     
    Discounts
     
    All members will receive a 10% discount on Smittox draft beer sales, crowlers and selective merchandise. Merchandise is available for onsite pickup or delivery of ordered online. Shipping for merchandise will be added at time the online order is placed.
     
    Smittox Brewing Membership Facebook Group
     
    Members will have access to a private Facebook page where you will be 1st to receive information about member only special releases, events and merchandise. The group will only be available for paying members.
